Years ago, I was walking among the mountains of Tibet — surrounded by a spirit that moved me deeply. A people who have been repressed, yet never gave up their devotion. A land where great beings like Milarepa and Patrul Rinpoche meditated high above the world, trusting something larger inside them.
I remember thinking:
“This is where true transformation happens — in the mountains, with the heart wide open.”
And somehow… life brought me to a mountain house here in Spain that looks so much like the Tibetan homes I admired.
Every day I wake up to the same quiet strength of the mountains — just a different part of the world.
Here, I practice.
Here, I teach somatic inquiries.
Here, I am beginning to lead Relational Presence classes…
guiding others into the mystery of being seen, felt, and connected.
If you had told younger-me in Tibet that one day she would be living this life — I don’t think she would have believed you.
But here we are.
Practicing.
Teaching.
Growing.
Together.
Life is full of wonders.
And I don’t know how long, or what the future holds —
all I know is: I have my back.![]()
